For professional flooring work we coordinate qualified specialist companies from our partner network. Fresh Flush takes care of coordination, scheduling and – if you wish – the cleaning afterwards.

A new floor changes the whole room

Scratched laminate, loose parquet blocks, worn carpet or a floor that simply looks dated: especially before re-letting, after tenants move out or when renovating offices, a new or refinished floor pays off.

We organise flooring work for owners, property managers, landlords, businesses and private households in Düsseldorf, Neuss, Meerbusch, Erkrath and the surrounding area.

What you get

Click vinyl is hard-wearing, easy to clean, warm underfoot and suits many rooms – including hallways and kitchens. Laminate, luxury vinyl and parquet are also possible. Our specialist partner takes care of:

  • checking the subfloor and the right impact sound underlay
  • laying with straight joints and neat transitions at doors, walls and heating pipes
  • skirting boards, transition and edge profiles
  • adjusting doors when the floor height changes

Repairing and refinishing

Not every damaged floor has to come out. Individual planks, loose or broken parquet blocks and smaller damaged areas can often be replaced. Worn parquet and wooden floorboards get a fine surface again through sanding, oiling or sealing – carried out by a parquet specialist from our network.

One contact through to handover

Clearance beforehand and deep cleaning afterwards are done by our own team. Painting and other trades are coordinated as part of the renovation. An empty apartment quickly becomes lettable again – with one contact for everything.

    Do you lay floors yourselves?

    No. Flooring work is carried out by qualified specialist companies from our partner network, and parquet work by a specialist parquet company. We take care of the site visit, coordination and scheduling – and, on request, clearing the rooms beforehand and the final cleaning afterwards.

    Which floors are possible?

    For example click vinyl, laminate, luxury vinyl and parquet – in apartments, offices, practices and commercial space. Which covering suits best depends on use, moisture and the subfloor. We clarify this during the site visit together with our specialist partner.

    Can click vinyl be laid over the old floor?

    Often yes, if the existing floor is firm, level and dry, for example tiles or old PVC. Soft coverings such as carpet must be removed first. This is checked during the site visit.

    How long does the floor work take?

    A room with click vinyl or laminate is usually done in a day, a whole apartment in a few days. We agree the exact schedule with you and the specialist company after the site visit.

    How much does a new floor cost?

    That depends on area, covering, subfloor and extra work such as removing the old floor. After a site visit or based on your photos, you receive a transparent, no-obligation quote.
