Clean outdoor areas and facades for your property
Facades, paths, driveways, courtyards and terraces are exposed to wind, rain, leaves and daily use. Over time, moss, algae, green film and weathering build up – in the paving, in the joints and on the facade. It looks neglected, and paths quickly become slippery when wet.
Our pressure washing and facade cleaning brings these surfaces back into shape: for residential buildings and apartment blocks, office buildings, hotels, commercial properties and private households in Düsseldorf, Neuss, Meerbusch, Erkrath and the surrounding area.
Facade cleaning – gentle rather than maximum pressure
A facade isn’t a paved path. Render, insulated (ETICS) facades, brick, natural stone, exposed concrete and metal each need their own method. We look at the facade first, test a small area if needed, and then clean with adjusted pressure, warm water or a low-pressure process.
- Rendered and insulated facades – gently, with reduced pressure
- Brick and natural stone – weathering, algae and green film removed
- Concrete and exposed concrete – walls, plinths, portals and boundary walls
- Metal and facade elements – cladding, canopies and gates
Windows and glass are handled by our window cleaning service – in the same visit if you like.
Pressure washing of paths, courtyards and terraces
- Paving, footpaths and entrances – from the front door to the pavement
- Driveways, yards and inner courtyards – including larger courtyards of housing estates
- Terraces, balconies and roof terraces – concrete block, natural stone, tiles or timber
- Car parks and parking spaces as well as bin and bicycle stores
- Outdoor steps, ramps, walls and plinths
More pressure isn’t automatically better. Too much pressure or too little distance can roughen surfaces and wash out joints. We therefore choose pressure, nozzle and working distance to suit the surface and use water only wherever possible. Growth in the joints is removed mechanically, not with weed killer. If joint sand has been washed out, we can re-sand straight away.
Roofs, gutters and skylights
Moss, algae and leaves build up on roofs too. We clean roof surfaces gently and to suit the roof covering – with reduced pressure or a low-pressure process rather than a maximum jet. We clear gutters and downpipes of leaves and debris so rainwater drains away again and no damp damage develops. Skylights, rooflights and glass roofs are cleaned of algae, moss and dirt so more daylight reaches the rooms again. Depending on the property we work with fall protection, from an aerial work platform or with a specialist partner with suitable access equipment.
One-off or on a fixed schedule
Many customers book the cleaning in spring after the winter, or before a handover or event. If you already use our caretaker service, grounds maintenance or winter service, the outdoor areas can simply be added to the existing schedule. That way you have one contact for the whole property.

Frequently asked questions
About pressure washing & facade cleaning in Düsseldorf and the region.
Which surfaces do you clean?
Facades in render, brick, natural stone, concrete and metal, plus paving, footpaths, driveways, courtyards, terraces, balconies, car parks, bin areas, outdoor steps and walls – as well as roof surfaces, gutters and downpipes, and skylights, rooflights and glass roofs. Windows and glass facades are covered by our window cleaning service.
Can every facade be pressure-washed?
No. Render, insulated (ETICS) facades and soft natural stone can't take high pressure. We inspect the facade first, test a small area if needed and choose a gentle method – for example reduced pressure, warm water or low-pressure cleaning.
How do you reach higher facades?
Low facades and plinths are cleaned from the ground or a ladder. For greater heights we organise aerial work platforms or, depending on the building, a specialist partner with suitable access equipment.
Can pressure washing damage paving or joints?
With the wrong settings it can. That's why we match pressure, nozzle and working distance to the surface and work more gently on sensitive materials. We can re-sand joints on request if sand has been washed out.
Do you use chemicals or weed killer?
Water is usually enough. If a cleaning agent is needed, we choose one suitable for the material and follow local rules on handling the dirty water. We don't use weed killer on paths and paved areas – growth in the joints is removed mechanically.
How much does pressure washing or facade cleaning cost?
The price depends on area, material, level of soiling, height and access. Feel free to send us a few photos via the request form – you'll receive a transparent, no-obligation quote.
