Business liability insurance including lost keys
Our business liability insurance covers damage caused during our work – explicitly including lost keys. We are happy to send you the certificate of insurance before the contract starts.
Registered skilled-trades business
Fresh Flush Gebäudeservice is a member of the Düsseldorf Chamber of Skilled Crafts (Handwerkskammer Düsseldorf) and is entered in the commercial register (Düsseldorf Local Court, HRB 105833). The company was founded in Düsseldorf in July 2024.
Fair pay, statutory accident insurance
All staff are paid at least the collectively agreed minimum wage for the cleaning trade. We are registered with BG BAU, the statutory accident insurer for the construction and cleaning trades, so our team has statutory accident cover.
Confidentiality and data protection
All staff sign a confidentiality declaration. What we see in offices, practices or homes stays there. We process personal data in line with the GDPR.

How we keep quality up in your building
Good cleaning is not luck, it is organisation. Four rules apply to every property we look after.
A fixed team per property
The same people in your building – they know the rooms, the routines and who to talk to. If someone is off, a trained stand-in takes over.
A photo report after every job
After every job you receive photos of the work done, so you can see what happened – even when you are not on site.
Regular quality checks
We check recurring properties at fixed intervals with a walk-through. Anything we notice is fixed before it turns into a complaint.
Free re-clean within 48 hours
If something is not right, tell us by phone, email or WhatsApp – a photo helps. We put it right free of charge within 48 hours.
Keys and access
We only take keys against a signature and record them in our key log, so it is always clear who holds which key for which property. And should a key ever get lost, our business liability insurance covers it.

Are you insured if a key gets lost?
Yes. Our business liability insurance explicitly covers lost keys. We send you the certificate of insurance on request before the contract starts.
Who has access to our keys?
Only the staff assigned to your property. Every key handover is made against a signature and recorded in our key log.
What happens if something is not clean?
Tell us by phone, email or WhatsApp, ideally with a photo. We put it right free of charge within 48 hours and agree with the team how to stop it happening again.
How do I know the cleaning was done?
You receive a photo report after every job. On top of that we check recurring properties regularly with a walk-through.
